SĀCRD is a three-part experience designed to help you connect with your body and emotions through:
A grounding workshop to center and prepare you
An intentional dance session that is a safe and non-judgmental space to move freely (no experience needed)
A closing sound healing session for relaxation and emotional release
If you’ve never been to an ecstatic dance before, come as you are. There’s no pressure to dance the whole time! you can move, rest, or simply observe.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
